Dallan is nearing completion of the renovation of 28,000 square feet of Class A office space for GE Lighting in the old Saxon Mortgage Building at Cox Rd in Innsbrook.

Construction included new partitions and finishes for the Server Room, Board Room, Training Room & Lighting Lab, and Team & Fitness Rooms.

Power distribution to 100+ workstations.

A/V installations throughout the suite included the installation of several monitors in the Open Areas and projectors for training and presentations.

The lighting has been completely upgraded to include the latest technology for energy-efficient lamps, fixtures, fluorescent retrofit kits, occupancy sensors, and daylight harvesting controls.
